The 4th annual plan of the 14th Five-Year Plan is commencing in 2026-27. We are moving closer toward the goal of People's Planning for a New Kerala.

Our governing body aims to empower our citizens to become a model of livelihood security, economic growth, and social justice. We intend to achieve this by focusing on sectors such as agriculture, public health, transportation, education, disaster management, and housing schemes like LIFE and PMAY. Given the unique geographical nature of our coastal region in Chellanam, the committee prioritizes disaster risk reduction and mitigation efforts. We are fully committed to equipping the Grama Panchayath to work hand in hand with the State Government to implement these projects effectively.
