Mission of Chellanam Grama Panchayat
- Strengthen coastal protection measures to ensure the safety of the lives and properties of the people.
- Promote the socio-economic development of the fishing community and other marginalized sections of society.
- Ensure access to essential services such as safe drinking water, healthcare, education, sanitation, and housing for all.
- Promote the welfare and empowerment of women, children, youth, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities.
- Implement environmental conservation initiatives, effective waste management systems, and green development practices.
- Foster transparent, accountable, and participatory governance through active citizen engagement.
- Create employment opportunities and stimulate economic growth through the effective utilization of local resources.
